Another way to experience St Barts.

On the heights of Saint-Jean, THE WINGS brings contemporary architecture, tropical nature and the sea into an intimate conversation. The bay unfolds before the villa, while white volumes, timber terraces and gardens create a place where outdoor living feels as natural as time spent indoors.

Welcoming up to eight guests in four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, the villa balances the pleasure of coming together with the freedom to retreat. A sea-facing lounge, a leafy courtyard, a terrace at the water’s edge: each space offers a different way to savour St Barts, entirely at your own pace.

Architecture

Two wings, one bay.

Designed by the Olivier Dain Perspectives studio, the villa takes its name from its two sweeping galvanized-steel wings, which shelter the terraces and shape its silhouette. Between them, the pool runs towards the horizon and Saint-Jean bay.

Beneath these airy rooflines, wide glass doors slide away to extend the living spaces onto the decks. White walls, pale timber ceilings and wooden terraces sit alongside lush greenery and the blue of the bay. The view is more than a backdrop: it accompanies you through the house and gives the architecture its openness.

The bay on your horizon.

At the heart of the outdoor spaces, the heated 3 × 10-metre infinity pool stretches towards Saint-Jean. Water cascades into a second shallow pool with a submerged bench. Around them, terraces on two levels and a lawn create places to swim, bask in the sun or simply watch the sea.

The jacuzzi, loungers and outdoor seating invite you to linger. From this hillside address, Saint-Jean’s beach and waterside restaurants remain close: the pleasure of a private retreat, within easy reach of life around the bay.

The pleasure of gathering.

The open-plan lounge welcomes light and the tropical breeze around comfortable sofas and armchairs. Beside it, the kitchen’s central island extends outdoors, connecting meal preparation with time together on the terrace. Whether indoors or beneath the open sky, the dining table becomes a natural meeting place.

A kitchen equipped for sixteen, a wine cellar, plancha, barbecue and back kitchen make room for meals shaped around your wishes. For a special evening, a private chef can be arranged on request: another way to enjoy the villa without leaving the view behind.

A garden to take your time in.

Between the villa’s levels, the botanical garden brings another dimension to the house. Palms, tropical plants, courtyards and ponds create pockets of shade and greenery. A hammock, hanging nest chairs, a quiet corner: places for a book, a conversation or a moment of your own.

The day might continue in the gym, in the Fun Room or with a round of mini-golf. After dark, the open-air cinema and outdoor lighting transform the atmosphere. THE WINGS reveals itself through the hours, balancing shared moments with quieter pleasures.

When night falls, the villa takes on another mood. Lighting traces the wings and decks, the pool glows and the bay quietly fades on the horizon. The outdoor bar comes alive, the table is set and the open-air cinema screens a film beneath the stars.
